Job Description

Amadeus is seeking an Airport Team Lead Field Support to provide frontline IT incident management for Passenger Processing Solutions at Brisbane Airport. The role oversees a 24/7 field team responsible for kiosks, self-serve bag drops, airport workstations, gates, and biometric devices.

The successful candidate will coordinate incidents, ensure timely resolutions, and maintain asset and stock levels while reporting to the Airport Support Manager on site in Brisbane.
