You're working directly alongside a highly experienced and respected Principal with more than 20 years of real estate experience and a proven history of delivering exceptional results across the Inner West.

The Position:

n

This is much more than an administration or support role. You'll be hands-on across the entire sales process, working closely with the Principal and gaining first-hand exposure to how a high-performing agent builds relationships, wins business, negotiates and closes deals.

Your role will include:

n

- Buyer management and follow-up
n
- Attending open homes, inspections and appraisals
n
- Prospecting and database management
n
- Building relationships with prospective vendors
n
- Assisting with listings and sales campaigns
n
- Following up buyer and vendor enquiries
n
- Supporting negotiations and transactions
n




- Developing your own sales skills, profile and network
n

The Person:

n

Ideally, you will already have some experience in residential real estate sales - perhaps as a Sales Associate, Sales Assistant, Junior Agent or in a similar role.

n

More significant than years of experience is your attitude and ambition.

n

You'll be personable, driven and willing to learn, with strong communication skills and the determination to eventually become a successful agent in your own right.

n

You'll be someone who wants to learn from an experienced Principal who will genuinely invest time in developing you, rather than simply expecting you to figure it out yourself.
