Coombe Yarra Valley is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team and work with the Executive Chef across the restaurant, high tea, private events and weddings in the Yarra Valley. You will lead a kitchen, mentor junior chefs, manage stock and costs, and uphold HACCP standards in a rapid-paced, premium venue with award-winning produce. Full Australian working rights and reliable transport to Coldstream are essential.
