Senior Account Manager | B2B SaaS Brisbane | Hybrid, 3 days in office

A$130k base + A$60k OTE

The Opportunity A growing B2B SaaS business is looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll be joining an established SaaS team and managing strategic accounts, with a clear focus on customer retention, revenue growth and expanding existing relationships.

What you’ll be doing

Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts across Australia and New Zealand

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers

Own renewals and drive strong customer retention

Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Develop strategic account plans to maximise customer value and revenue growth

Understand customer objectives and identify opportunities to introduce additional solutions





Act as a senior point of contact for customers and a go-to person for the wider Account Management team

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and other internal teams

Travel across Australia and New Zealand to meet clients

What they’re looking for

Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a B2B SaaS/software business

A robust track record across renewals, upselling and cross-selling

Experience managing a sizeable portfolio of complex customers

Confidence building relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders

Strong commercial and account growth skills

Experience within a medium-sized SaaS or software business rather than a large corporate environment

Someone who can operate strategically while still being hands-on commercially
