About the Position A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage Display home sales team
Setting KPIs and sales targets
Overseeing marketing objectives and strategies
Recruitment, selection and hiring for sales and operations teams
Oversee drafting and estimating,
approving sales pricing and sign off quotes
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Manage display home program and Developer relationships
Skills and Experience
3 years + Sales Management experience
Experience in the volume home building industry
Strong leadership , high problem solving and decision making skills
Analytical, detail orientated, pro active and results driven
