Duties

Issue and negotiate retail and commercial leases

Manage complex commercial conveyancing matters

Draft a range of legal documents

Review contracts

Manage lease assignments

Negotiate with solicitors from other parties regarding matters

The Candidate

2-4 years PQE in property law

Admitted to practice in NSW

Commercial Leasing experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Unrestricted practicing certificate
