Medical Receptionist (Permanent Part-Time)

We are looking for a warm, capable and proactive individual to join our friendly and growing team as a Medical Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will be confident in both front-facing reception duties and behind-the-scenes administration - someone who enjoys helping others, stays organised, and is a calm, reliable presence within our team.

About the Role This is a permanent part-time position supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy medical clinic. You will work alongside five experienced receptionists and closely with our Practice Manager to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for both patients and practitioners.

About You We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine team-first approach.

Essential requirements:

Previous medical reception experience

Experience using Best Practice clinical software

You will also have:

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Clear, kind,



and professional communication skills

A calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy environment

Confidence working independently and collaboratively

A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Availability

13.25 hours per week

Opportunity for additional hours

Flexibility to work a combination of opening and closing shifts, with shared leave cover across the reception team
