Key Areas of Practice
We are particularly interested in RMAs with experience in:
- Employer Sponsored Visas– Subclass 482, 186, 494 and Labour Agreements
- General Skilled Migration (GSM)– Subclass 189, 190 and 491
- Skills Assessments
- Family & Partner Visas
- Preparing high-quality visa applications, submissions and legal arguments
- Researching migration legislation, policy and relevant case law
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current OMARA registration as a Registered Migration Agent
- 2 years of Australian migration practice experience
- Strong case management and client communication skills
- Excellent research and written submission skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- A professional, client-focused and results-oriented approach
