Balance360 runs 30-minute, pre-programmed virtual-led classes, so there is no class programming required. Your role is to be on the floor with our members, assisting with exercises, correcting technique, motivating them throughout their workout and making sure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and welcome. You'll also assist with front of house, member check‑ins, enquiries, and general studio support.

Key responsibilities

Assist members throughout our pre-programmed virtual-led fitness classes

Provide guidance with exercise form and technique

Motivate, encourage, and engage members during sessions

Help members of different ages and fitness levels feel comfortable and supported

Assist with front of house duties, member check‑ins and enquiries

Build genuine relationships with members and help create a strong studio community

Assist with studio activities, promotions, and member challenges

Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio

Work closely with the Balance360 team as the studio continues to grow

About you





Hold a Certificate III in Fitness or relevant fitness qualification

Have experience in fitness, Pilates, or group training

Be confident assisting members in a group environment

Be comfortable working alongside virtual‑led classes

Have excellent communication and people skills

Be energetic, motivating, and approachable

Be comfortable helping with both fitness and front‑of‑house duties

Be reliable, punctual, and proactive

Genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their goals

Casual position with plenty of hours available
