Company Description Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Attendants and Bar Attendants to join our team.

Job Description

Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable moments

Efficiently in serving food & beverage for restaurant and conference rooms

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits

Breakfast service including buffet, and maintaining presentation of the restaurant

Assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period

Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage

Knowledge of beverages including barista coffee, cocktails and wines to be able to maximise average spend

Ability to work in a fast paced workplace, with attention to detailic szerint??
