Key Responsibilities

Represent Certis professionally at a wide range of events

Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring public safety

Conduct security patrols, crowd control, and escort duties





Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies

De-escalate conflict situations calmly and confidently

Maintain accurate incident reports and logs

What You’ll Need

QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement

First Aid & CPR Certificate

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Previous customer service or security experience (preferred, not essential)
