Museum of Chinese Australian History – Melbourne VIC This is a part-time position, 3 days per week including Thursdays to align with staff meetings and other staff rosters. You will coordinate the development and implementation of the Museum's annual marketing and communications strategy, strengthen the Museum brand and reputation nationally, and identify new audience growth opportunities and strategic partnerships. email marketing and analytics Lead organic and paid digital campaigns Build relationships with mainstream, multicultural and Chinese-language media About you

4+ years' experience in strategic marketing, communications or brand management Experienced and proficient at creating design collateral using design software such as Canva and Adobe Suite to finished art for print and presentations Demonstrated understanding of Chinese Australian communities and Australia's multicultural landscape Strong knowledge of both mainstream Australian and Chinese-language media and digital platforms Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth Excellent stakeholder management, writing and presentation skills Highly proactive with the ability to identify and lead new opportunities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English Valid working with children check required
