Medical Receptionist / Patient Concierge – Dermatology & Laser Clinic

Part-Time 7 - Day fortnight | $35–$40 per hour + Super No nights | No weekends | Supportive team About the role As our Patient Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering the clinic, playing a key role in shaping their overall experience. This is a true front-of-house, patient-facing role focused on creating a welcoming, calm and professional environment for patients, clinicians and staff. This role fulfils the traditional medical receptionist function but also plays a key role in ensuring clear communication between patient and doctor. Key responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for patients entering the clinic Welcome patients warmly and assist with check-in flow and waiting room management Maintain a visible, calm and reassuring presence at the front desk Answer a high volume of inbound calls professionally and confidently Book consultations and procedures accurately Explain fees, deposits and appointment policies clearly Manage payments,
