Lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of enterprise HR systems within a large and complex organisation. We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Lead to take ownership of a critical people technology portfolio, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, well-governed and aligned to business priorities. Working closely with HR, technology teams, vendors and business stakeholders, you will drive enhancements, service improvements, system releases and operational excellence across the HR systems landscape. Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and ongoing support of HR systems and related services Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions Manage system enhancements, releases, testing, change and service transition activities Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and service reliability Coordinate vendors, internal technology teams and business stakeholders Support governance, risk, security, compliance and audit requirements Maintain documentation, reporting and operational readiness standards Ensure incidents, problems and service issues are managed effectively About You
