What You'll Be Doing

Provide person-centred personal care and continence support with dignity and respect

Assist with two-person transfers

Support the client through their daily routine with patience and consistency

Take direction well and adapt calmly to the client's needs and preferences

Build a trusting, respectful relationship with the client and their family

Work collaboratively as part of a small, close-knit care team

Maintain accurate documentation and clear professional boundaries
