We are a hands‑on team that values accountability, communication, and delivering outcomes for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician who can join the team immediately and make an impact from day one.

About the Role This role combines onsite and remote IT support across a variety of client environments. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, performing site visits, assisting with projects, documenting client environments, and supporting our helpdesk operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in different environments, takes ownership of their work, and can be relied upon to follow tasks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support at client locations across Melbourne

Handle helpdesk tickets and remote support requests

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues

Perform client site visits, audits, and technology assessments

Document site information, photos, and technical details for internal teams

Assist with workstation deployments, user onboarding and system setups

Support Microsoft 365 administration activities

Assist with server maintenance, migrations, and infrastructure projects

Configure and deploy computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

Work closely with our local and remote technical teams to resolve issues efficiently

Keep clients informed through clear and professional communication

Maintain accurate documentation and update tickets as work progresses





Technical Skills & Experience Essential

Previous experience in an IT Support or MSP environment

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments

Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Server environments

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktop operating systems

Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, switching, and routing

Experience with remote support tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Current Australian driver's licence

Desirable

Experience with Microsoft Intune

Experience with SharePoint Online

Experience with Azure environments

Experience with firewalls and network infrastructure

Relevant Microsoft certifications
