NSBC Group is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Coach Driver to support the Snowy 2.0 Hydroelectric Construction Project, one of Australia’s largest and most significant infrastructure developments. Based in Adaminaby, NSW, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a stunning alpine environment while contributing to a nationally important project. About the Role

As a Coach Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and punctual transport of construction personnel to and from site. Due to the dynamic nature of the project, routes and duties may vary, providing a more engaging alternative to repetitive route driving. Key Responsibilities

Operate coaches in compliance with

NHVR regulations

and relevant legislation

Safely transport personnel across varying terrain and conditions

10+ hour

shifts

Must be available to work every

Monday ,

Thursday , and

Friday

Operate in

remote alpine and winter conditions

Maintain high standards of

customer service and professionalism

Assist with

occasional passenger luggage handling

Working Environment

This is a

hands-on role

based in a remote location. Drivers are expected to take pride in their vehicles, including assisting with

cleaning and basic upkeep

due to limited local facilities. Success in this role requires: Reliability and self-sufficiency

Adaptability to changing conditions

Solid teamwork

Fleet & Equipment

You will operate a modern fleet of: Late-model vehicles

4x4 buses (manual and automatic)

Fully air-conditioned coaches





Seat-belted vehicles

Capacity ranging from

39–53 passengers

Remuneration & Benefits

From $45.00 per hour + Superannuation

About You – Essential Requirements

Must be

locally based in the Snowy Mountains region (NSW)

Right to Work in Australia

Strong understanding of local geography

Minimum

3 years heavy vehicle driving experience

(coach experience preferred)

MR or HR licence (minimum)

NSW Bus Driver Authority

Snow Driver’s Licence

(required June–November – assistance available)

Positive physical fitness (including lifting passenger luggage)

Willingness to assist with

vehicle cleaning and maintenance

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Demonstrated commitment to

safe driving practices
