What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care and education

Foster safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments

Work collaboratively with early learning teams to support every child’s growth,



confidence, and wellbeing

Choose shifts that suit your lifestyle and availability

Competitive hourly rates

starting at $35.15 (Cert III + 1 Year Experience)

12% Superannuation

Weekly pay, shift flexibility, and a supportive team

What You’ll Need

Completed qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care

Valid

Blue Card

(Working with Children Check)

National Police Check

(within the last 12 months)

Minimum 12 months’ experience

in an early childhood setting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid understanding of

EYLF ( Early Years Learning Framework),

NQF ( National Quality Framework), and principles of child protection and safeguarding

Bonus Certifications (Highly Desirable)

First Aid & CPR Certification

(HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Child Protection Training

Fire Safety Training

Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certification
