Our client is a highly successful private developer with an impressive track record established over the past 30 years and across multiple asset classes. With a strong pipeline of apartment projects, they are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join their in-house design team and focus on concept design.

The Role Joining a well-established design team, this is a hands-on role where you will contribute across the full project lifecycle- with a strong focus on early brief development and concept design.

Working across a secure pipeline of apartment developments, you will be responsible for developing project briefs, defining scope, and delivering high-quality, detailed interior design outcomes.

You will play a key role in developing the design vision, ensuring all selections align with design intent, budget, and program.

Working within a fully integrated property group, you will collaborate closely with internal design, development, and construction teams, as well as manage and coordinate external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project brief development and concept design

Research, select, and specify FF&E;,



ensuring alignment with project objectives

Maintain relationships with suppliers

Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery

Support design quality through strong attention to detail and technical resolution

What We're Looking For

Tertiary qualifications in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Architectural Technology

Minimum of 6 years' professional experience

Proven experience in the front-end of Interior Design, ideally on residential projects

Passionate about design, creative thinking and innovate design

Strong appreciation for project budgets and program.
