Job Description

IDB Developments Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based high-end residential builder, is seeking an experienced Estimator & Contracts Administrator to join the team. You will manage estimating and contract administration from tender through to completion, reading drawings and coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers, trades and clients.

The role requires minimum 5 years in estimating or contract administration, robust Melbourne market knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.
