Job Description

LVLY is seeking an experienced Floristry Coordinator in Sydney to lead and train our floristry team, ensuring on-brand, high-quality posies leave the warehouse. You'll manage daily production, stock, and onboarding while collaborating with the Operations Manager to keep workflow smooth.

Ideal candidates will bring Certificate IV in Floristry, 2+ years of floristry experience, and a hands-on leadership style with strong communication. This is a full time role based in Sydney.
