We are looking for Chefs across all our locations Including Parklea, North Strathfield, Campbelltown, Wollongong, Wentworthville, Penrith, Aspley and Broadbeach. Successful candidates should have:

- Experience in a high volume restaurant;
- A Diploma in Hospitality Management or Kitchen Management (or equivalent); Three years or more of proven experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications;
- Good

Work ethic;

- Ability to work in a quick-paced steakhouse kitchen.

At Outback, we cook everything from scratch and all sauces, soups and dressings are made fresh inhouse, we do our own butchery, and make our own desserts. As a Chef, you should have extensive experience working in a brigade across multiple disciplines. Stock ordering and cost control as well as involvement with staff recruitment and training will be part of the role.
