Graduate of Architect - Full Time Position

We are in search of a energetic and talented Graduate of Architecture with 1-3 years of postgraduate experience in residential architecture. The successful candidate will join our team at our Crows Nest studio, contributing to the timely delivery of a wide variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Measure up and photograph existing buildings for alterations and additions
n
- Prepare sketch designs, elevations, and 3D models for DA submissions
n
- Develop documentation drawings for tender and construction certificates
n
- Attend client and consultant meetings as required
n
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of consultants as needed
n
- Collaborate with directors and senior staff on assigned projects
n

Skill & Experience

n

n
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
- 1-3 years of post-graduate experience in residential architecture
n
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD Version 27 or later is a MUST
n
- Understanding of various project stages
n
- Excellent design and documentation skills
n
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
n
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience in undertaking detailed measure-ups
n
- Demonstrated understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and applicable legislation (DBP Act, SEPP65, relevant LEPs, and DCPs)
