Job Description

Valuable Brew is a specialty coffee drive-thru with a growing local following, and we're looking for energetic, customer-first people to join our Dubbo crew.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Taking orders and serving customers with speed and a smile
n
- Making great coffee (barista training provided if you're new to it)
n
- Keeping the front of house running smoothly during busy periods
n
- Working as part of a close, supportive team
n

n

About you

n

n
- A genuine people-person with a positive attitude
n
- Reliable and punctual - we start early
n
- Available across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
n
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
n
- Fast Food Industry Award rates
n
- Real progression opportunities - several of our current team have moved up into supervisor and management roles
n
