Hunter Douglas is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Receiving team in Rydalmere.

As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll help ensure our products are handled with care and delivered to customers on time, contributing to an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

About the role

n

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including:

n

Receive, inspect and verify incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.

n

Cross-check deliveries against purchase orders, invoices and relevant documentation.

n

Accurately record and process stock movements within warehouse systems.

n

Identify,



investigate and resolve discrepancies, damaged goods and missing stock.

n

Maintain a clean, organised and compliant receiving area.

n

Investigate stock variances and support effective inventory control processes.

n

Work collaboratively with warehouse and operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

n

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across receiving and inventory processes.

n

About you

n

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised, and enjoys working in a hands‐on environment.

n

You will ideally have:

n

Previous warehouse, logistics, or manual handling experience

n

Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

n

The ability to work safely and efficiently in a physical role

n

Must have RF gun experience

n

MUST HAVE full driver's licence and forklift licence

n
