Vision Personal Training Leichhardt is looking for an enthusiastic trainer who wants more than simply renting space in a gym and being left to find clients alone.

You’ll join a supportive team and receive structured mentoring, ongoing education and a clear pathway toward building a full client base.

About the role

As a Vision Personal Trainer, you’ll do much more than deliver workouts. You’ll help clients create sustainable changes to their training, nutrition and lifestyle.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering high-quality one-on-one personal training
- Coaching clients through exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes
- Conducting goal-setting and progress-review sessions
- Supporting group training sessions and studio events
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Following up prospective clients and helping them get started
- Contributing to a qualified and positive studio environment

Who we’re looking for





You don’t need years of experience. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude.

You should be

- Friendly, reliable and confident speaking with people
- Genuinely passionate about helping others
- Coachable and willing to receive feedback
- Organised and able to take ownership of your responsibilities
- Motivated to develop your skills and build a client base
- Interested in creating a long-term career in the fitness industry
- Willing to contribute to the studio rather than simply arrive for sessions and leave

Qualifications

Applicants must have, or be close to completing:

- Certificate III and IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR
- AUSactive registration or eligibility to register
- Australian working rights

Early-morning, evening and Saturday-morning availability is required. Personal training does not operate within traditional nine-to-five hours, so flexibility is essential.
