Pest Control Technician / Trainee – Full-Time Prospect

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable and hard-working person to join our growing pest control business in Sydney.

No pest control experience is required. We’re happy to train the right person from the ground up. What matters most to us is your attitude and work ethic.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely hard-working, reliable and honest
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work
- Is motivated and willing to learn a new trade
- Enjoys hands-on work and being out on the road
- Can communicate confidently and professionally with customers
- Is punctual, responsible and willing to work as part of a team
- Has a valid driver’s licence

Experienced technicians are welcome to apply, with pay based on experience and capabilities. There is no age requirement beyond being legally able to perform the role. We care much more about finding someone with the right attitude who wants to learn, work hard and potentially build a long-term career with us.
