An exciting opportunity is available for a self-motivated experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at DCO Pharmacy Pialba.

Initially this will be on a casual basis with the opportunity for perm part time for the right applicant, with approx. 25 hours per week.

The required roster/shifts will include week-ends & evenings, pharmacy experience is essential and Ideally you will have also completed your S2/S3 training!

As a confident communicator, you will provide an exceptional level of customer service to assist our customers with their healthcare needs. With your positive attitude and high attention to detail, you will thrive in a team environment where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Assisting customers with general queries

- Supporting the Retail manager and front of shop team

- Supporting the Dispense team on the back counter

- Assisting on registers with Eftpos & cash transactions etc..





- Merchandising and Catalogue display set-up

- General Housekeeping

To be successful in the role, you must possess:

- Previous Retail & Pharmacy experience is preferred

- Availability to work Weekdays, Weekend & Evening shifts

- Sound knowledge of Pharmacy products

- Stock control experience beneficial but not essential

- S2 & S3 training or holders of certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with different stakeholders
- A dedicated work ethic and the ability to work well in a team and autonomously

- Eye for detail and accuracy
