About the role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team for up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work across our opening hours of 8:00am to 7:00pm.

You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, assist with product recommendations, stock management and day-to-day pharmacy operations, while helping create a welcoming experience for our customers. With the support of an experienced team, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and further develop your community pharmacy career.

Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, skilled pharmacy experience.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
- Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.




- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

About You

You will

- Have previous community pharmacy experience, which is highly regarded.

- Hold an S2/S3 qualification, or be willing to obtain one.

- Have previous Minfos experience, which is advantageous.

- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
- Previous stock management will be beneficial in this role
