Pharmacy Assistant/Lotto Retail Assistant – Newsagency Experience Preferred

West End Discount Drug Store is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Retail Assistant to join our busy, community-focused pharmacy.

With the recent addition of Lotto services, this role is perfect for someone with newsagency or Lotto experience who enjoys working with people and delivering great customer service. However we are more than happy to provide Lotto training so if you have pharmacy experience please apply!

Part-time or Full-time | 30–38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly and professional customer service

- Assist customers with retail products and enquiries

- Process cash, EFTPOS and Lotto transactions

- Maintain stock levels and merchandising

- Keep the store clean, organised and welcoming





- Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations

About You

- Experience in a newsagency, retail or customer service role

- Lotto experience highly regarded

- Friendly, reliable and confident with customers

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive with a willingness to learn
