We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dispensary Technician to join our friendly community pharmacy team on a part time basis.

This role will initially involve 2–5days per week (must be able to work Monday and Thursday min.), with opportunities for additional shifts throughout the week as required. You will work closely with our pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to provide outstanding service and support to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensing activities

- Preparing prescriptions for pharmacist checking

- Managing stock within the dispensary

- Assisting with ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory

- Providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with pharmacy procedures

About You:

- Have previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician — highly regarded, but not essential

- Love chatting with customers, building relationships and providing great service

- Isn't afraid to say "I don't know but I'll find out" and then actually finds out

- Are reliable,



organised and detail-oriented — you notice the little things and take pride in getting them right

- Are confident juggling different tasks and can keep your cool when the pharmacy gets busy

- Takes initiative without needing hand holding but knows when to ask for backup

- Have a positive, can-do attitude and are happy to jump in and help the team

- Are keen to learn and grow your pharmacy knowledge — we’re happy to support the right person

- Enjoy being part of a friendly, collaborative team rather than simply turning up for a shift

- Bonus points if you have experience with pharmacy retail, dispensary, stock management, Webster packing or pharmacy software
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a busy pharmacy setting
