About the role

You'll primarily manage a diverse musculoskeletal caseload, with opportunities to be involved in clinical Pilates and exposure to pelvic health. We work closely with local GPs and allied health professionals to deliver truly patient-centred care, and we're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others while building strong, lasting relationships with patients. Whether you're already interested in pelvic health or are keen to develop your skills in this area, we'll support your growth.

This full-time position (38 hours per week) is worked across a rotating roster that includes a mix of early starts, later finishes and regular Saturday shifts.

Key responsibilities

- Assessing and treating a varied musculoskeletal caseload
- Delivering occasional clinical Pilates sessions
- Developing personalised, patient-centred treatment plans
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Building and maintaining robust referral relationships with GPs and other allied health professionals
- Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture
- Participating in ongoing professional development and mentoring opportunities

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Minimum 1 year of private practice experience managing a musculoskeletal caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- A confident and independent clinician
- Proactive and able to show initiative
