About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Physiotherapist to join our growing allied health team. You will support NDIS participants to improve their mobility, strength, physical function, independence and overall quality of life.

This is a hybrid role involving telehealth appointments and in-person visits at participants’ homes or community locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy and mobility assessments
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on participants’ needs and NDIS goals
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
- Support participants to improve their mobility, balance, strength and coordination
- Develop suitable exercise, rehabilitation and injury-prevention programs
- Assess and recommend mobility equipment and assistive technology
- Prepare assessment reports, progress reports and treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators and other healthcare professionals




- Maintain accurate case notes and participant records
- Deliver services in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies

About You

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check, where required
- Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance, if working as a contractor
- Strong communication, assessment and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your caseload effectively
- Previous NDIS or disability-sector experience is preferred but not essential
