Pick Packer – Casual Short-Term Contract

QLM Label Makers is seeking a reliable and hardworking casual Pick Packer for a short-term contract running through to December 2026.

Based in Berrinba (City of Logan, near the Gateway Motorway), you will be responsible for accurately preparing orders for shipment, RF scanning, performing quality assurance checks, and ensuring products are properly packed, labeled, and safely stored.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pack and prepare orders according to job tickets and company specifications
- Inspect products for defects or damage prior to packaging
- Perform RF scanning and update job order statuses
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and effective work area

Requirements:

- Previous pick-packing experience (printing industry experience highly regarded)
- Ability to accurately read and interpret job tickets




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 15kg to 18kg repeatedly
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
