The Oodie is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle strategy across our global portfolio. You will own data-driven communications to boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value, coordinating email, SMS, and automation to ensure customers feel seen and valued. You will mentor the CRM Coordinator, collaborate with Performance and Brand teams, and shape measurement with GA4, Looker Studio, and Northbeam to optimise attribution and growth.
