About the role PC Pool Care Logan is looking for a reliable and motivated

Entry Level Pool Service Technician

to join our growing team on a permanent part-time basis.

No previous pool industry experience is required. Full training will be provided.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work, working outdoors and learning new skills.

You’ll initially work alongside an experienced technician while learning pool cleaning, water chemistry, equipment operation and our service procedures. As your skills and confidence develop, you’ll progress toward independently managing your own daily service run.

The position will initially be approximately

2–3 days per week , with the potential for additional days as the business continues to grow.

For the right person, this is not intended to be a stagnant role. As your experience and capability increase, there will be opportunities to develop into more advanced servicing, equipment fault finding, installations and greater responsibility within the business.

What you’ll be doing

Cleaning and maintaining residential pools and spas

Testing pool water and learning correct water balancing

Safely handling and adding pool chemicals

Emptying baskets and cleaning filters

Checking pumps, chlorinators and other pool equipment

Identifying basic equipment issues

Communicating professionally with customers

Completing service notes and job records

Maintaining tools and equipment

Travelling between customers throughout Logan and surrounding areas

As your experience develops, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn more advanced water chemistry, equipment diagnosis, fault finding and basic equipment installation.

About you We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable and punctual

Willing to learn





Comfortable working outdoors

Practical and good at problem solving

Friendly and qualified with customers

Able to follow procedures and pay attention to detail

Comfortable using a mobile phone/app for job notes

Able to manage they time efficiently

Capable of working independently once trained

Interested in developing their skills and taking on more responsibility over time

You must have:

A current Australian driver’s licence

Ability to drive a manual vehicle

Australian working rights

Previous experience in pools, maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, trades, mechanical work or another hands‑on role would be highly regarded, but is

not essential .

What we offer

$28–$32 per hour + super, depending on experience and demonstrated capability

Permanent part-time employment
