About the role:

- Enjoy the benefits of a quasi in-house role,



working within a professional services group while advising a broad range of external clients.
- Advise clients on employment law, industrial relations and workplace safety matters.
- Work on a mix of advisory and contentious matters, including litigation and safety-related work.
- Manage matters with autonomy while receiving support from Partners and senior lawyers.
- Contribute to a collaborative national team and develop skills in AI and emerging legal technology.

The ideal candidate:

- 2–8 years post-admission experience in employment law or industrial relations.
- The role is based in Brisbane; however, strong candidates in Melbourne or Sydney will also be considered.
- Exposure to litigation and an interest in workplace safety matters.
- Commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfort using AI tools, or a genuine willingness to build capability in this area.
- A collaborative, down-to-earth team player who values a respectful and supportive culture.
