We are looking for an exceptional Club Manager to lead our Anytime Fitness sites in our North Sydney locations.

The Day-to-Day

- Oversee the full day-to-day operations of your club, keeping your gym spotless, functional and welcoming for all members
- Build and develop your own team within the club




- Facilitate strong community engagement while establishing partnerships with local businesses
- Drive, track and manage key deliverables in sales, retention and growth
- Work alongside our dedicated marketing team to produce high-quality social media strategies
- Ensure club compliance with franchise guidelines relating to OH&S;, maintenance and operations

Requirements:

- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Full-time availability — 38 hours per week
