Alchemy Recruitment Consulting – Brisbane QLD About the Opportunity Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a confidential client in the heavy resources sector to source an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 3-month temporary contract, based in the Brisbane CBD. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on TA professional to take ownership of recruitment across a diverse and fast-moving portfolio. This role will see you managing end-to-end talent acquisition for both blue collar and white collar positions across multiple sites, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver quality talent outcomes in a technically complex, high-volume setting. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and white collar roles across multiple sites Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategies Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a broad and varied requisition load Coordinate interviews, gather feedback,
and manage candidate communication throughout the process Support offer management and onboarding coordination Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and candidate experience About You Previous talent acquisition experience within heavy industries is essential (non-negotiable) Proven ability to manage recruitment across both blue collar and white collar roles simultaneously Comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholder groups at once Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging both active and passive candidates Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high-volume, varied workload Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Qualifications & Requirements Full Australian working rights What's on Offer 3-month temporary contract, based in the Brisbane CBD Exposure to a broad and varied recruitment portfolio across blue and white collar roles Opportunity to work within a well-established heavy industries business
