We're looking for a Senior Research Executive to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the role In this role, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of research projects while building robust client relationships. You'll combine analytical thinking with storytelling to translate data into meaningful insights.

Coordinate research projects from design through to delivery

Partner with senior team members on project planning, timelines, job costing and budgets

Analyse data and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights

Design questionnaires and research materials

Support senior team members in preparing compelling reports and presentations, and present findings to clients

Act as a key day-to-day client contact throughout the project lifecycle, responding to queries and providing guidance

Collaborate with fieldwork and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across multiple concurrent studies, and providing regular updates to senior team members

Proactively identify, **escalate**, and resolve potential issues related to research projects to minimise impact on delivery and clients

Contribute to team learning by coaching and supporting junior colleagues

Identify opportunities to enhance processes, outputs, and client outcomes, including through innovation and new ways of working





Contribute to commercial outcomes by identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships

Your profile

A degree in psychology, marketing, economics, business or a related field, or similar

Robust foundation in quantitative research methods, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget

Prior research experience, agency or supplier side, with solid project coordination exposure

Excellent communication and presentation skills

High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a rapid-paced environment

Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Proficiency in MS Office
