The business already has a large and established claims function (and support functions) and these new roles are designed to support the business, existing team and future growth.

Case Manager and Senior Case Managers

Group and Retail Teams

Salary range of $105K - $135K Package + Bonus

Hybrid working arrangements (2 or 3 days working from home)

Responsibilties/ Tasks

Manage a portfolio of retail or group claims





Senior Case Managers manage a smaller portfolio of more complex and detailed claims

Work with empathy and understanding with claimants

Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvalsFor Seniors, coach and mentor more junior claims consultants

If you have ife insurance claims experience (or potentially WC or Rehab) and want a change and to work for a growing business, then there are multiple roles. You will join teams with experienced and capable managers, and have the full support of a well-planned training and onboarding function. It's a time many are joining so you will be far from the only new starter.
