Ideally in background in commercial construction WearecurrentlyrepresentingaNationalTier2/3 commercialbuilderinSydney, they'reseekingamotivatedandenthusiasticContractAdministratortojointheirhard-workingteamonprojectsbetweentypically$10M-$100M.Sites in Sydneymetarea. ThisrolereportstotheSPMandConstructionManager,workingcloselytogethertoachievethebusiness'sstrategicgoalsandobjectivesandcontributingto thesuccessoffutureprojects. Asakeymemberoftheteam,you'llfindyourselfimmersedinasupportiveandcollaborativeworkenvironment,withaPMandsiteteamsnecessaryfortheprojects.Ourclientpridesitselfontheirreputationforqualitydelivery,theyhavebuiltareputationasareliableHeadContractorinthe$10M-$100Mspace,typicallyacrossEducationandgovernmentsectors.
