Position overview
n
We have an prospect for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our Tamworth venues. This hands-on position focuses on accounts payable, office administration, and customer service.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
- Review, verify, and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
n
- Prepare payments for approval and authorisation
n
- Accurately code and enter accounts payable data into the accounting system
n
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships
n
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
n
n
What we're looking for

- Previous experience in accounts payable and office administration, preferably within hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
n
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
n
- A friendly, professional demeanour and a team-oriented mindset
