$130k – $150k Super | Fully Maintained Vehicle | Bonus Structure That Actually Pays
Let’s Be Honest for a Second…
Most Plumbing Project Manager ads sound like they were written by a robot in 1998.
"Dynamic fast-paced environment..." (Translation: Everything is on fire and nobody knows who is in charge.)
"Must be a self-starter..." (Translation: You get zero support, zero admin help, and a broken ute.)
We do things a bit differently around here.
We’re looking for a sharp, capable Plumbing Project Manager to join our team running profitable Tier 3 commercial projects ($200k – $600k). And no, you won't be marooned on an island trying to manage 30 plumbers by yourself while drowning in variation paperwork.
The Setup: You’re Not Solo Riding
We believe in actual teamwork, not just putting it on a poster in the lunchroom. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with:
- Another Seasoned PM – So you can bounce ideas around, share the load of our 30-robust trade team, and take actual time off without your phone blowing up every 4 seconds.
- A Construction Manager – To clear the roadblocks, handle builder escalation, and keep site operations moving.
- A Dedicated Project Administrator – Your new best friend, who takes care of the paper trail, compliance, and claims so you can focus on running great jobs.
What’s In It For You?
- Show Me The Money: $130,000 – $150,000 base super (depending on how good you are).
- Actual Bonuses: A structured performance bonus that rewards you when your projects deliver on margin.
- The Ute: Fully maintained company vehicle (no petrol or rego out of your own pocket).
- The "Sweet Spot" Projects: Tier 3 builds ($200k – $600k)—big enough to be interesting and lucrative, small enough that you can actually get home for dinner.
- Sanity: A team culture where we solve problems together instead of playing the blame game.
What We’re Looking For
- Plumbing DNA: You’ve come up through the trade or have solid commercial building services experience. You know pipework, plans, and builder politics inside out.
- Commercial Chops: You know that a variation isn't just extra work—it's profit. You keep a sharp eye on job margins.
- People Skills: You can command respect on-site without being an idiot about it, and you build great rapport with builders.
- Driver’s License: A current, valid driver’s license (and a decent sense of direction helps).
Sounds Like a Upgrade?
If you're ready to trade daily chaos for a structured, well-resourced team that values what you do, let's talk.
