The Opportunity

Clear Health Psychology is excited to be opening a new psychology clinic in Rockingham, and we are seeking an experienced Practice Lead to play a key role in establishing and growing the clinic from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, takes ownership and would like to be part of building a new clinic within a growing psychology network.

As Practice Lead, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting clinicians and administration staff, and helping create a welcoming and well-organised experience for clients from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Rockingham clinic
- Create a welcoming and professional client experience
- Support clinicians with diaries, scheduling and clinic flow
- Lead and support the administration team
- Coordinate referrals, enquiries and client bookings
- Oversee billing, Medicare and funding processes, including NDIS
- Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the Clinical Director and Operations team
- Support effective communication across the clinic
- Help establish effective systems and processes as the new clinic grows
- Ensure compliance, privacy and clinic standards are maintained

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys taking ownership in a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll ideally have

- Experience in medical, allied health or psychology administration
- Previous leadership or senior administration experience
- Experience working in a busy clinic or client-facing environment




- Understanding of Medicare billing and healthcare administration
- Experience with NDIS processes is desirable
- Experience with CorePlus is desirable
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to support and lead a diverse team
- A proactive approach and willingness to help build something new
