We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to join our growing dental practice in Melbourne.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of the practice. You will work closely with our dentists, dental assistants and reception team to ensure the practice operates smoothly while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, supporting and developing the practice team

Managing day-to-day practice operations

Staff rostering, performance and training

Supporting recruitment and onboarding

Monitoring practice KPIs and business performance

Maintaining high standards of patient experience and service

Ensuring compliance with relevant dental and workplace requirements

Managing stock, suppliers and practice resources

Supporting marketing, community engagement and practice growth

Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiency and team performance
