Oceania Dental is looking for an organised and capable Practice Manager to join their friendly and caring team in Burnie. This is a full-time opportunity, with some flexibility for the right person. They're open to candidates at either Practice Coordinator or Practice Manager level, depending on your experience.

The Position:

As Practice Manager, you will play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly and ensuring patients receive a consistently positive experience. You will oversee day-to-day practice operations, appointments and workflows, rostering and a range of HR and administrative responsibilities, while working closely with the practice owner and clinical team.

The ideal person will be highly organised, detail-focused and a confident leader.

Strong administration and time-management skills are essential, along with a genuine commitment to patient care. You will be someone who notices the small things, follows through on tasks and can keep the day running smoothly even when things get busy.

Experience in dental administration or practice management is highly desirable, although strong senior administration or supervisory experience will also be considered.





Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
