About the role

We're a supportive, growing bulk-billing general practice in South Toowoomba, offering a positive team culture and genuine opportunity to build your skills in chronic disease management and general practice nursing. Open to both Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses.

Key responsibilities

- Chronic disease management — health assessments, care plans, and ongoing patient coordination (RNs may lead independently; ENs supported under RN/GP direction)
- Immunisations and vaccine administration
- Treatment room duties — wound care, ECGs, dressings, and related procedures
- Supporting GPs with patient care and clinical workflow

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Current CPR certificate




- Confident working in a busy general practice workplace
- Strong communication skills with patients and the broader clinical team
- Reliable and punctual, with a genuine commitment to rostered days
- General practice or primary care experience highly regarded, but not essential — training provided
