We seek a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team at Wanneroo Total Health Care in Wanneroo, WA, for 3 days a week, covering sick and annual leave.
As a casual Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your nursing expertise to a thriving medical practice.
What you'll be doing
- Providing nursing care and support to patients in a primary care setting
- Assisting doctors with examinations, treatments and minor procedures
- Conducting health assessments, Care Plans, screenings and immunisations
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinating the ordering and management of medical supplies and equipment
- Promoting health education and preventative care to patients
- Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse qualification and current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical nursing skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems and administrative tasks
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
