About the Role: Pre-Sales Consultant (Australia-based)

Working under the Allied Moving Services branch we're seeking a people-focused, results-driven sales professional to join our Contact Centre team in Richlands. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their relocation journey and ensuring a smooth, high-touch experience from quote to move.

We are open to receiving candidates who are open to adaptable shift times including;

Weekdays

- 6:30am - 3:00pm

- 8:30am – 5:00pm

- 10:30am – 7:00pm

- 12:30pm – 9:00pm

Weekend
- 10:00am – 2:00pm

We offer:

Training will be provided and will require on-site attendance for that training period. Following your successful onboarding, we offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with the current benefit being three days in the office and two days from home.

What's Involved?





- Respond promptly to inbound telephone and web enquiries.

- Qualify leads by gathering detailed move requirements and customer information.

- Assess customer needs and direct enquiries to the most appropriate sales pathway.

- Coordinate appointments, surveys, and sales consultations as required.

- Provide customers with preliminary information and documentation to support the sales process, including inventory requirements and move preparation information.

- Create job files and maintain accurate records and updates within company systems.

- Support sales consultants by ensuring complete and quality handover information is captured.

- Monitor lead pipelines and follow-up activities to maximise conversion opportunities.
